I think watermelon is sweet enough and it doesn’t need any additional flavors, so I didn’t match it with any other fruits for this fresh summer sip. To give it a sparkling effect, I used purely natural mineral water. Do not confuse it with soda or artificially produced mineral water! I’m not sure whether there are mineral water springs in other countries, but we do have them and they are all so healthy! Please use natural mineral water if you can find it in your area. Leave it out if you can’t.
I love an additional dollop of watermelon as a bonus in my summer drink, so I scoop some watermelon with an ice cream scoop to make it look more attractive!

- 500gseedless watermelon, cubed
- 1bottle natural mineral water
For garnish:
- 3dollops watermelon
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Chill glasses in freezer for 5 minutes.
- Puree the watermelon in a high speed blender. Share it in glasses.
- Put a dollop of watermelon on each.
- Pour over ice in glasses.
- Top with natural mineral water.
- Finish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint.
